LIFE Together, Sunday nights at FBNO, has something for all ages. These gatherings serve as key discipling and equipping opportunities for preschoolers, children, youth, and adults. In addition, LIFE Together is an opportunity for Christian community to grow at FBNO. LIFE Together will meet on Feb. 18 and 25, March 3, 10, 17, and 24, and April 14 and 21. Classes begin at 4:30 pm and conclude by 6:00 pm each Sunday.

LIFE Together Kids

This spring we are excited to share that we are slightly changing the LIFE Together format for the kids. This Spring we are adding back Children’s Choir. The kids will be working on songs that the Worship choir will be leading with every month. In order to have a more uniform choir time, all kids 1st-6th will participate in choir from 4:30-5:00. The kids will meet for Choir in Room 220. From 5:00-6:00 the kids will rotate in two groups (1st-3rd grades and 4th-6th grades). They will participate in a LIFE Skill and Bible Study/Missions.

If you have a gift, talent, or hobby that you would like to share with the kids, please contact Necoe. It is wonderful when generations come together and learn. Here are some examples of LIFE Skills the kids have previously learned: Cooking, Sportsmanship, Dance, Science, Engineering, and Sewing. Please be sure to register your kids for LIFE Together.

Biblical Flourishing Bible Studies – Men’s Study and Women’s Study

The men’s and women’s groups will each take a deep look at seven characteristics of a biblically flourishing disciple. The men’s and women’s groups will come together on February 18 to hear Pastor Chad introduce the study. After the initial meeting, Tara Dew, Cole Gilbert, and Stephanie Lyon will lead the women’s sessions. Inman Houston, Zack Johnson, Gary Myers, and Chris Shaffer will lead the remaining men’s sessions. In addition to deep study of the Word, each session will include intentional fellowship times and opportunities to build meaningful Christian community.

Family on Purpose Study – For Parents

The Family on Purpose Bible Study will equip parents to serve as the primary discipler of their own children. The lessons flow from Scripture and present practical steps parents can take to teach their children to love Christ, His Word, and His church. If you have children high-school-aged or younger (even babies), this will be an excellent study for you. The study is a continuation of the Family on Purpose Conference. Still, we encourage all parents to participate in this study even if they did not attend the conference. Necoe Bandy will serve as the lead facilitator for this study.
