What to Expect
Whether you’ve just moved to New Orleans and are looking for a church home or you haven't been to church in a while, we know that going to a new church can be challenging. Here's what you can expect when you visit FBNO.
As You Enter The Worship Center
Greeters are available to welcome you and to assist you should you have any questions or special needs. Feel free to ask them for assistance at any point during the service.
During Our Worship Service
You are welcome here. We won't put you on the spot or call you to the front. We will provide you with any information you need. We only ask that you fill out the information tab in the worship guide and place it in the offering plate at the end of the service.
Our Worship Services
We worship at 8:15 and 10:45 on Sunday mornings. You’ll experience worship led by Tim Johnson and our worship band and choir. Pastor David Crosby teaches each week in a way that challenges us and inspires us to live out our faith in Jesus in our daily lives. Our services generally last between an hour and an hour and fifteen minutes.
If You Have An Infant
You are welcome to bring your infant into the worship center. We also offer a cry room in our fellowship hall across from our sanctuary with a live broadcast of the service so you won't miss anything. You may also take advantage of our supervised nursery with skilled and loving caregivers. More information is available at the Welcome Center in the main lobby.
We have a preschool worship service designed specifically for your young child on the second floor lobby. Your preschooler is sure to love this video-driven, high-energy worship experience designed just for them.
Just check your child in at the preschool lobby through our electronic check-in system before you head to worship, and your child will be placed in the appropriate class.
After The Service
We would love to meet you. Feel free to talk to one of the ministers or counselors who will be available during the response time in our service. They would love to talk to you about how you can get involved at FBNO.
